These projects can be carried out by division or by department or throughout the entire organization, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative process and offer recommendations or improvements. These reports are presented to the General Director or Board members.
The administrative procedure is evaluated in order to establish and communicate objectives and goals, as well as the organizational structure through which leadership works. We evaluate the quality of the administrative control systems which offer the feedback necessary to analyze the successes, failures and gains of plans and directives. We also identify critical decisions by evaluating the systems that back them up and the relevant forces that affect them (environmental, political, etc).
